Booking / Payment

We only accept bookings from persons over 18 years of age. The dates of your booking will be held upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 20% or payment in full. Any booking less than 3 weeks in advance of your check in date must be paid in full immediately. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Where a deposit has been paid, full balance payment will be due 4 weeks in advance of your check in date. If you are unable to pay the balance before the stated due date, you will forfeit your deposit and your booking will be cancelled. Beechen Glamping reserves the right, at all times, to refuse a booking. The prices featured on the website are not binding; Beechen Glamping reserves the right to modify these prices.

 

Cancellations

Cancellation by you at any time will result in your deposit being forfeited, as all deposits are non refundable. Valid annual holiday insurance may provide suitable cover for accidents, illness, bereavement, transport difficulties as well as extreme weather conditions.

 

Covid 19 Cancellations – If we are forced to close again due to the Government legislation, we will offer a full refund or to amend your booking date.

 

Arrival / Departure Time

Our check in time is after 2pm on arrival. Check out is by 11.00am on the day of departure. You must organise all clearing up before you leave so that the site and tents are clean, tidy and clear of all rubbish and bottles for our other guests.

 

Rental

By renting these Tents all guests must adhere to the rules of behaviour. Guests must be mindful of other guests and behave in a considerate and safe manner with regard to the site and other guests. Guests must keep noise level to a reasonable level especially after 9pm. Vehicles should only be driven up to the tents to unload and pack when leaving or in an emergency. We are not responsible for rubbish collection, washing up of cutlery and crockery, stripping or making beds during your stay. If you leave your tent in an improper condition, additional cleaning costs can be charged. If you or any of your guests behave inappropriately, improperly or illegally we reserve the right to ask to leave the site before the end of the booking period. No refund will be given in these circumstances. Information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge.

 

Dogs

Dogs are welcome but only permitted with prior consent and they are to be kept under control. Dogs must not be left in the property unsupervised. No dogs are permitted on beds or furniture. Your pet is always your responsibility. Please also clear up behind your dog. All dogs are always to be placed on a lead when not accompanied in a tent or vehicle. We also reserve the right to ask any party to terminate their holiday if a pet cannot abide by these requirements or adversely affect other guests’ stay. Should your pet injure any animals on site then you may be asked to remove your pet from site.

 

Risk / Liability

It is your responsibility to supervise any children at all time and take note of no entry signs. Tents are equipped with wood burner. Parental supervision is always essential. The two storey Hawk tent has steep stairs and so not suitable for all ages / mobility. Please take care and responsibility when using these stairs. Any activity on this site is the responsibility of the guest and is done so at their own risk. By booking tents, you confirm that you take sole and exclusive responsibility for your own safety and well-being and that of your guests. Beechen Glamping accepts no liability for death, accident, theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of a stay with us. The guest and those who accompany him or her, are jointly and severally responsible for all loss and/or damage accident which arises, at Beechen Glamping or any third party as a direct or an indirect consequence of their stay. This also includes pets.

Wood Burners, Fire Pits & BBQ

Beechen Glamping cannot be held liable for injuries sustained around fire pits, barbecues and wood burners. When enjoying the fire pit or bbq please keep away from any of the tent sides or covers as sparks/flames will damage the Canvas. Also please do not light either under the veranda, please use the grassed area’s away from the tents.

Both tents are no smoking areas.

 

When booking with Beechen Glamping, your booking and payment of the deposit or full amount for your tent(s) is your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
